So, after watching this video- I was just like…. wow, I’m really excited! This is quite hilarious.  Either way, if you didn’t know I’m in New Orleans this week coaching two new project leaders. As well as leading worship in music for this group that I haven’t done in a while.  It’s been interesting starting to play guitar again and lead people into worship with music.

Today is the last full day of ministry.  We just had our “ATL” which is the Ask the Lord and we have several groups out obeying what the Lord has called them to do.  I encourage you to pray for the 17 participants on this project that their hearts would be open to what the Lord lays on their heart.  That their ears, eyes, minds, and hearts would be open to the Holy Spirit as He is giving them clarity in the ministries they already feel led to.  More specifically, that they would take any ideas, expectations, and personal agenda’s for today and set them aside and completely focus on what God wants.  So many times it’s so easy to do something you’re familiar with and something the Lord has blessed you with (which He may be telling us to do at this time), but the Lord may be also asking us to step out of our comfort zone and to trust Him- pushing us out of our comfort zone to stretch us in our faith and to learn to lean on Him during the uncomfortable time.

Rumors are true about this Saturday… I’m headed back to NY to visit family, friends, and Delta, but also to raise support for another year of ministry with Adventures In Missions. I can’t wait to get back and share the stories from this year and if you’re available and are interested in having me come and talk with you about my ministry with Adventures In Missions I encourage you to contact me.  I want everyone to hear how the Lord is teaching and using me at Adventures In Missions. I will be in NY untill about August 31st; this will give me plenty of time to do some support raising, get my fill of family that will last me for a little while, as well as get the opportunity to maybe find some possible Project Leaders and Worship Leaders for future projects with Adventures In Missions.

Thank you and I can’t wait to see you face to face if you’re from home.
